told clerk I would be in the lobby and insured she had my cell phone number. remained in the lobby ONE HOUR past estimated repair time I have been given. I was NEVER told my car was ready. clerk said she walked thru the lobby and didn't see me? I was there all the time nor did I receive a phone call. SECOND time this has happened this year.

Everything went smoothly except they could not remove my tires for rotation; they had broken the special lug key last week and had not replaced. They could not find mine in my truck (not their fault about this).

We had a car on order and stopped by to get an update on delivery. Our original salesperson was not available so I talked to Heather and Cody. As it turns out they had a car on lot that was our first choice in color, with different engine. We drove it and bought it that day. Heather and Cody took very good care of us.
We purchased a new Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum from Corey at Welborn. This was genuinely the easiest car transaction I've ever made. I submitted my deposit once Corey had found the vehicle we wanted. Prior to it's arrival he informed me we needed to handle financing. On the day that it arrived he had it parked out front ready for my arrival. We inspected the vehicle, signed some paperwork and I was headed home in 30 mins.

Thank you Riverside for ensuring everyone from Camryn, our outstanding salesman, to Mark Sandoval and everyone in between provided expert salesmanship and exceptional customer service! In fact it was so good we purchased 2 vehicles! Unfortunately, we did have issue with your policy REQUIRING a DEBIT CARD INCREASE or CASH (which comes with an incredible burden regarding the safety of your customers) for a deposit as opposed to a personal check (which we’ve used previously) or a CASHIER’S CHECK. Come on Riverside/Wellborn you can do better!

In prior appointments there were so many booked that I would wait a great deal of time. New processes that have been implemented show customers that their time is valuable.

Service was quick, they had us in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. Also, the vehicle had run over a torn up tractor-trailer tire on the interstate and tire fragment dislodged a protective panel from the clips. The technician fixed that issue along with a full fluid check and Service. Best of all, the service agent met us as we got out of the SUV and escorted us to his station, where he reviewed the reason for the appointment. I arrived just before appointment time and was immediately greeted with lady putting my name and appointment time on car. I pulled up as requested and after waiting a few minutes someone took my key fob and confirmed oil change and tire rotation to be done. (The service area did not appear as busy as in previous visits.) After waiting an hour and 40 minutes I asked how much longer it would take as it usually did not take so long. One service member even helped me figure out why my phone wasn’t connecting to my truck! I’m very satisfied with Welborn Toyota!
Karla was amazing and made this experience as easy and smooth as possible. I e never purchased a car and it be this quick. Also, he positive attitude was great. Chris who walked me through the paperwork and was so patient. Karla was so busy but I never had to wait same for Chris!!

I had an appointment at 1:30 & I was there for two hours. I felt like that was a little long for a 5000 mile check up. There were busy but having an appointment it shouldn’t have taken that long. On the other hand everyone was very nice & I appreciated that very much.
It would have been 5 stars for service rep Brian but some gal answered the phone and told me my rep Dennis(?) was at lunch?? I went straight to dealership and Brian had my car ready!
I was recommended to Riverside Toyota. They have several cars on lot, very nice to deal with salesman and finance manager was very nice a not pushy. I had been looking for over a month or so and i feel i made the best decision and they made it and easy process. Thanks you guys.

All was good except the technician changed the dashboard display and I'm having trouble figuring out how to change it back to what it was before it was changed.
Melissa and Chris were easy to work with. Melissa went above and beyond to locate the exact car, model and options I was seeking, responded quickly and allowed me to make a great deal over the phone. Great customer service!
Polite, friendly,. Gave all details of what was done in person and on paper. Took a little longer to get oil change and tire rotation. Great job though. And wasn't over priced. Didn't like hearing one of the men changing tires using cuss words. Very unprofessional. That's why you got 4 stars.
