All was good except the technician changed the dashboard display and I'm having trouble figuring out how to change it back to what it was before it was changed.

Polite, friendly,. Gave all details of what was done in person and on paper. Took a little longer to get oil change and tire rotation. Great job though. And wasn't over priced. Didn't like hearing one of the men changing tires using cuss words. Very unprofessional. That's why you got 4 stars.

I went to Welborn Toyota of Rome to get an oil change. Finnis Salmon wa my service advisor. We talked a minute, I asked him to do an oil and filter change on my 2007 Tacoma. I aso asked him to have a look at my front pads and rotors to see if they were in need of a change. He had me wait in the lounge while he checked things out on my truck. They are normally very friendly! They sometimes take a while with service but are thorough! I’ve had a couple maintenance advisors that didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and it rubs off on the customers other than that it would be 5 stars.

Was easy getting in, they're doing some remodeling but signage to the lobby was excellent, restroom was very clean & stocked, no hassles or issues or jerking me around like some other places. Josh Holloway is always a bunch of help. On the other hand getting the tires rotated seems to be a problem for the technicians. Twice Ive had to come back in because it wasnt done with the oil change. Besides that fact, im pretty happy with everything.

I am giving 3 stars cause I was lied to about the price of my oil change when I scheduled the appointment. I was told the price was 49.94 mind you they called me with this price but I wasn’t due for oil change at the moment. I was told to schedule the appointment and lock price in and I could reschedule as many times as needed till time for my oil change.
